INGREDIENTS

  • Bunch of Tri-Colour Carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC (450 Fahrenheit).
  2. Peel and chop the carrots into long strips.
  3. Place in a single layer on an oven tray.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with fresh thyme.
  7. Roast for 20 minutes until crispy, turning halfway through.
