Chia Seed Melon Bowl
This recipe requires no dish washing, as your breakfast bowl is edible! This dish is a fun spin on yoghurt with fresh fruit. The chia seeds add a little crunch, but can easily be substituted for other seeds.
- Small Cantaloupe
- Coconut Yoghurt
- Chia Seeds
- Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds in the centre.
- Add one scoop of coconut yoghurt to your melon bowl.
- Top with fresh berries.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds.
