Hempseed is an excellent source of protein and helps build muscle mass and strength. Unlike soy beans, hemp has not been subjected to genetic modification. We like to include a couple of tablespoons in our breakfast smoothie for added energy. This drink is a wholesome way to start the day. It is quick to make and can easily substitute your morning meal.
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- ½ Banana
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp Hemp Protein
- Rinse the blueberries.
- Peel your banana and save half in the freezer for later.
- Throw all the ingredients into your blender and mix until combined.
