We even spread some on a pie crust and made a delicious heirloom tomato tart. Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavour, and when fortified with B12 the benefits are even greater.
1 Cup Walnuts
¼ Cup Nutritional Yeast
¼ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup Vegan Milk
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
If time allows, soak your walnuts for at least 30 minutes before using them (preferably overnight).
Drain the walnuts and throw into your blender or food processor.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.
