Vegan Eggnog

This allergy friendly alternative to everyone's favourite holiday drink is deliciously creamy, and arguably tastes better than traditional eggnog. If it's been a long week, go ahead and throw in some spiced rum for an added kick.

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Arrowroot Flour
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Simmer the milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Slowly add all the ingredients while stirring.
  3. Serve warm immediately, or place in the fridge for a while and enjoy chilled.
