This allergy friendly alternative to everyone's favourite holiday drink is deliciously creamy, and arguably tastes better than traditional eggnog. If it's been a long week, go ahead and throw in some spiced rum for an added kick.
- 2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Arrowroot Flour
- 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Simmer the milk in a small saucepan.
- Slowly add all the ingredients while stirring.
- Serve warm immediately, or place in the fridge for a while and enjoy chilled.
