Golden Dressing

This golden dressing is wonderfully versatile. It’s a great addition to a simple green salad, adds some flair to a basic bowl of quinoa, and is equally delicious drizzled on some oven-roasted vegetables. I like to make the dressing directly in the mason jar it will later be stored in as this saves having to do extra dishes.


  • 1 Cup Tahini

  • 1 Lemon (or 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar)

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • Fresh Ginger

  • 2 tbsp Turmeric

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Cups Water


  1. Grab a mason jar with an airtight lid.

  2. Scoop your tahini into the bottom.

  3. Juice the lemon directly on top.

  4. Add some maple syrup.

  5. Grate a thumb of ginger into the jar.

  6. Add a hefty amount of turmeric and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  7. Finally pour in the water one cup at a time and mix with a spoon until the dressing runs smooth.

  8. Place in the fridge for a while allowing the dressing to thicken.
