Coconut Milk
This is by far the easiest way to make fresh coconut milk. The homemade variety tastes so much better that what comes out of a can. It can also be difficult to find a brand that does not include additives or thickeners in the milk. This recipe is creamy and delicious and with just two ingredients you can whip it up in no time.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 2 Cups Water
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil your water.
- Add the ingredients to your blender, ensuring it is heat resistant and can hold boiling water.
- Blend for a few minutes until combined.
- Use a sieve to strain the thick chunks of coconut so you are left with the delicious milk.
