Chia Seed Melon Bowl

This recipe requires no dish washing, as your breakfast bowl is edible! This dish is a fun spin on yoghurt with fresh fruit. The chia seeds add a little crunch, but can easily be substituted for other seeds.

INGREDIENTS

  • Small Cantaloupe
  • Coconut Yoghurt
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Chia Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds in the centre.
  2. Add one scoop of coconut yoghurt to your melon bowl.
  3. Top with fresh berries.
  4. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
