We thought we would kick off our allergy friendly recipes with the most important meal of the day! This breakfast bowl is a delicious and healthy way to start your morning. You can choose to make it with any plain yoghurt that suits your dietary restrictions.

- 1 Cup Coconut Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Puffed Rice
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- ½ Cup Raspberries
