Falafel

Falafel

Falafel is often the only allergy-friendly fast food option available. Having tried all sorts of different varieties, I wanted to attempt some of my own. These deep-fried chickpea balls turned out to be relatively simple to prepare, given that all you need is a food processor and a frying pan. Chickpeas are known to reduce blood sugar and improve gut health.
