This cinco de mayo, enjoy a tasty and refreshing cucumber margarita. Making your own batch allows for fresh ingredients and complete control over how much sweetener is added to your drink.
6 tbsp Tequila
3 tbsp Cointreau
2 tsp Agave Syrup
Juice the limes straight into your blender.
Peel the cucumber and slice into pieces.
Blend the lime juice, cucumber, tequila, and agave until smooth.
Spread sea salt on a saucer.
Rub the rims of each glass with the leftover lime.
Turn the glasses upside down in the salt.
Fill each glass with ice and pour your blended margarita over the top, using any remaining cucumber as garnish.
